These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Krylin. Please read them carefully —
by creating an account or using the Services, you agree to them.
Have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it in production.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Krylin we covering our mobile apps, websites, and the tools we provide to coaches (the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Krylin. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.
- One person per account — don’t share credentials.
4. Health & fitness disclaimer
Krylin provides fitness, nutrition, and coaching information for general purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.
- Stop and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
- You use workouts, plans, and any recommendations from Krylin or your coach at your own risk.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Plans and trials
Some features require a paid plan (e.g. Pro, or a trainer plan). Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime through your app store account or in-app settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Coaches & coaching tools
Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Krylin. We provide the coaching tools and platform but do not control, endorse, or guarantee any coach’s advice, programs, or results. Any coaching relationship is between you and the coach. Coaches agree to additional terms governing their use of member data and the platform.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Services.
- Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content, or harass other users.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services or their security.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
- Manipulate challenges, leaderboards, or streaks through cheating or automation.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (logs, messages, form-check videos). You grant Krylin a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services and to deliver it to your coach where you’ve connected one. You’re responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
9. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the Krylin name, logo, design, software, and content, are owned by Krylin and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Termination
You may stop using Krylin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. content licence, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We don’t guarantee any specific fitness result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krylin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or injury arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krylin is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law grants you other rights.
